The machine is housed in a Hi-Top style cabinet with a cast metal front finished in polished black and wood-grain side panels. Decorative elements include twin gold-toned metal nymph figure castings flanking the lower front and the Golden Nugget logo rendered in orange and gold. The front panel includes a visible jackpot window filled with quarters and a payout schedule for various reel combinations. A red circular manufacturer decal for Mills Novelty Co. of Chicago is present on the wooden side panel, featuring an owl logo and a rectangular service label below. The unit is mounted on a separate oak floor stand.
