Description
This is an American-made cast iron self-basting lid designed for a skillet or Dutch oven. The lid features a domed exterior with a central cast handle and two integrated pour spout covers. The interior is engineered with three concentric self-basting rings designed to distribute condensation evenly during cooking. The underside contains several impressed markings.
