Description
A 1885-CC Morgan silver dollar struck at the Carson City Mint in 90% silver with a reeded edge. The obverse features the Morgan dollar design with the date 1885 below the truncation. The reverse features the heraldic eagle design bearing the CC mint mark above the denomination ONE DOLLAR. The 1885-CC has the lowest mintage among the Carson City Morgan dollars, with a total mintage of 228,000 pieces.
