This is a United States Morgan silver dollar dated 1885. The coin is composed of 90% silver and 10% copper. The obverse features the Liberty Head design, and the reverse features the heraldic eagle within a wreath. There is no mint mark visible on the reverse below the wreath, identifying this as a Philadelphia Mint issue.
