Lot 103:
Vtg Blue & White Enamel Silent Ashtray
Description
A vintage two-piece enameled steel silent ashtray featuring a distinctive blue and white marbled swirl pattern, often referred to as graniteware or agateware. The set consists of a deep circular basin and a removable funnel-style lid. The lid is designed with a concave center and a single central aperture to allow ash to collect in the concealed basin below. The exterior surfaces of both pieces exhibit the intricate marbled decoration, while the interior of the basin is finished in a solid white enamel.
