Lot 165:
Crystal Basket Vase
Description
14 in. Tall. A heavy clear art glass or lead crystal vessel featuring a modern organic form. The piece is constructed with a three-sided, tapering body that flares upward into a sweeping, bifurcated rim. These two curved extensions arch toward one another, forming an open, split-handle design. The vessel wall is thick, characterized by deep vertical fluting that follows the contours of the piece and terminates at a solid triangular base.
