Lot 156A:
Metal Rooster Welcome Wall Sign
Description
A decorative wall hanging featuring a silhouette of a rooster in profile, walking toward the left. The figure is centered within a semi-circular arch that is joined at the base to a rectangular panel. This base panel features the word WELCOME in a stencil-style serif font with open bridges. Two scrolling flourishes are positioned at the junction of the arch and the baseplate. The item is constructed from flat sheet metal with a textured black powder-coated finish. For mounting, three pre-drilled holes are present: one at the top center of the arch and two at the top corners of the rectangular baseplate. There are no visible maker marks, signatures, or labels on the front or back of the piece.
