Description
A set of three Japanese-style kitchen knives featuring stainless steel blades with a distinct two-tone aesthetic. The blades are finished with a dark, matte coating on the upper portion and a polished, satin-finished cutting edge. Each blade is marked with four white Japanese characters "?????" (Damasukasu), which transliterates to "Damascus." The set includes a long, slender slicer (Sujihiki style), a rectangular vegetable knife (Nakiri style), and a smaller utility knife. The handles are crafted from a dark, grain-textured composite material, fitted with polished steel bolsters and end caps. The collection is housed in a fitted wooden presentation case with a hinged lid, foam inserts, and a silver-tone latch. The exterior of the wooden case also bears the white characters "?????".
