This lot features a collection of bimetallic gaming tokens, each containing a center struck in .999 fine silver. The tokens are issued by various establishments including Harrah’s North Kansas City, Flamingo Laughlin, Reno Hilton, Golden Nugget Las Vegas, Circus Circus Las Vegas, and the California Las Vegas. The Harrah’s tokens are inscribed Ten Dollar Redeemable Cash Value and Not Legal Tender, featuring a riverboat design on the reverse and a stylized logo with stars on the obverse. The Flamingo Laughlin token is dated 2002 and shows a riverboat scene. The Reno Hilton token features a stylized H logo and is marked Reno, Nev. The Golden Nugget piece is inscribed Las Vegas, Nevada and Proud and Free with an American eagle motif. The Circus Circus tokens include one featuring a clown figure and another with the casino name in a stylized typeface. The California casino tokens feature a portrait of Sam Boyd and a Maui The Valley Isle dolphin design. All tokens are struck with a silver center and an outer ring of brass or bronze-toned metal. The silver centers are clearly struck with the fineness .999 Fine Silver.
