Description
Vase 1 Height: 11.5 inches Vase 2 Height: 12.5 inches. A pair of hand-blown art glass vases featuring organic, botanical forms and distinctive spiral-wrap bases. The first vase is designed in a Jack-in-the-Pulpit or stylized lily form, crafted from translucent pale celadon green glass with internal white opaque swirls. The rim is pulled into five points, and the stem tapers into a large, circular coil that functions as a stable base. This piece bears a gold-toned foil adhesive label on the lower stem, which reads in a black serif font: HAND MADE GLASS BY GOLDEN GLO POCOLA, OKLAHOMA. The second vase is a Calla Lily form, featuring clear and pale green glass accented with internal white and vibrant orange-red swirls. The ruffled rim is pulled into a single point at the top, and the stem transitions into a thick spiral base with a prominent orange-brown internal color trail. Both pieces exhibit visible air bubbles and occasional dark particulate matter trapped within the glass, which are characteristic results of the hand-blowing process.
