Description
This lot comprises a collection of items including two bird sculptures and a branded wooden shipping container. The first sculpture is a matte-finished composite or resin figure depicting a brown eagle with spread wings, perched upon a rocky outcrop. The figure is mounted to a turned circular wooden base. The underside of the wood base features the handwritten words DIGARANZIA in black ink. The second sculpture is a polychrome ceramic or porcelain figure of a bald eagle perched on a branch, looking down at a small red animal peering from a hollow log. The underside of the ceramic base features a printed black backstamp consisting of a crown symbol above the words ROYAL CROWN in an arched format, accompanied by a registered trademark symbol. The number 9140911 is handwritten in black ink on the base. One long side features green stenciled text reading SMALL ARMS AMMUNITION / METALLIC CARTRIDGES / REMINGTON ARMS COMPANY, INC.Measurements/notes: Pair of eagles and Remington crater; 8 in. and 10 in.
