Description
This novelty table lamp is constructed from hand-carved and polychrome painted wood, designed in the form of a whimsical hut resting on a pair of avian or chicken legs, a motif commonly associated with Slavic folklore. The structure features a domed roof with carved texturing to simulate thatch, punctuated by two circular apertures. No maker marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the exterior or the underside of the base. Measurements/Notes: 10.5 in. tall.
