Description
This large cast iron bookend or doorstop is modeled in the form of an early 20th-century open-top touring car. The item is a flat-back hollow casting featuring a polychrome paint scheme with a red body, black fenders and running boards, and black wheels with silver-painted hubs. The roof is finished in black with silver-painted supports and trim. The car is depicted with a spare wheel mounted on the side and sits on two integral rectangular base plates. The interior reverse of the casting is finished in a cream-colored paint and features a single raised character, an uppercase letter B. Approximately 10.5 inches in length.
