Description
This Chinoiserie-style floor lamp is constructed with a dark reddish-brown lacquered wood standard featuring three sections divided by faux-bamboo turned joints. The circular stepped base and the central standard are decorated with raised relief work and hand-painted motifs depicting landscape scenes, a multi-tiered pagoda, and wading birds near water. The lamp is fitted with a large pagoda-shaped fabric shade in a champagne tone, finished with gold-colored braided trim. The shade features a double-tiered fringe composed of white cylindrical beads and amber-colored faceted glass or plastic drops. The electrical fitting consists of a dual-socket brass-tone assembly with two individual ball-link pull-chain switches. The lamp is powered by a standard two-prong electrical cord. Measurements: 70 in high.
