Description
A trio of miniature pressed glass covered dishes in the form of hens on nests. The set comprises three separate colors: cobalt blue, light pink, and pale green. Each dish consists of a removable lid molded in the shape of a sitting hen with a stippled, textured feather pattern. Each hen sits upon a matching translucent glass base featuring a diamond-quilted exterior pattern and a scalloped upper rim. The glass exhibits a pressed construction with visible mold seams consistent with the manufacturing method. Length: 2.5 inches.
