Description
A pair of scale gauntlets constructed for theatrical or costume use. Each gauntlet is built upon a light-colored sueded leather glove base. The dorsal side of the hands and all fingers are covered in overlapping rows of small, circular silver-tone metal scales. These scales are individually secured to the leather with white thread. The gauntlets feature long, flared cuffs overlaid with a silver and black brocade textile in a repeating fish scale or scalloped pattern. The interior of the cuffs is lined with smooth, cognac-colored leather. and STYLE above blank lines, with five vertical black lines located to the left of the STYLE text. No handwritten information is legible on the tag.
