Description

This lot consists of 12 fishing lures of varied designs and a dated Pennsylvania fishing license. The collection is primarily composed of wooden lures with painted finishes, alongside some plastic and metal components. The assortment features two topwater plugs with white bodies and red heads, equipped with large metal diving lips; the word JITTERBUG is printed in red capital letters on the top of these lures. One green and yellow flat metal lure features the embossed characters SPOON-LURE on the body. Also included is a long wooden pike-style minnow with a scale pattern and metal diving lip, a silver scale-pattern propeller bait with red accents and metal blades at the nose and tail, and a large, dark green hourglass-shaped deep diver with a broad black metal lip. The collection further includes a hand-painted mottled green and yellow fish-shaped lure with red glass or painted eyes, an orange glitter-finished lure with plastic fins, a silver glitter lure with red stripes, a plain wood torpedo-shaped lure, and several additional red-head plugs of various sizes. Hardware includes steel treble hooks and aluminum or steel lips and propellers. The included 2002 Pennsylvania Non-Resident Fishing License is housed in a clear plastic sleeve with a metal clip and pin. The front is printed with PENNSYLVANIA FISHING LICENSE, NON-RESIDENT, 2002 Pennsylvania, and a 5 dollar Trout/Salmon Permit stamp. It bears a red stamped number 002. Handwritten information on the back identifies the holder as Robert V. from Aurora, born 10-10-37, standing 6 feet tall with Grey eyes, dated 2-27-01. A red printed number NR 36259 is also visible on the license reverse.
