Description
This lot features two lithographed tin trays with distinct themes. The first is a rectangular folding lap tray featuring a full-color graphic of eight Norfin Trolls posed in front of a red and yellow schoolhouse. The central image is surrounded by a white border decorated with blue wavy line accents. The tray is constructed with two U-shaped folding tubular metal legs on the underside. A printed mark at the top center of the tray border reads norfin trolls. A printed copyright notice located in the lower right corner of the graphic reads Norfin is a Reg. TM of EFS Mktg. (c) 1992 The Troll Co. The second item is a circular serving tray featuring a stylized rooster graphic in black, red, and white. The central design is surrounded by a gold-tone foliate wreath set against a white field. The border consists of a black ring and a wide red band with a white scalloped inner edge and a gold-tone rim. The reverse side of the circular tray is unfinished metal and bears no maker marks or labels. Measurements derived from the provided photographs are taken across the widest points.
