Description
This mid-century modern ceramic vase is crafted from earthenware and features a baluster form with an ovoid body, a waisted neck, a flared rim, and a slightly flared pedestal base. The piece is finished in a high-gloss flow glaze, characterized by vertical drips of forest green and emerald green over a black ground. The interior is coated in a solid black glaze. The base is marked with the impressed numerals 067. A small remnant of an adhesive paper label is attached to the outer edge of the foot. The underside of the foot rim exhibits rough grinding marks from production. Height: 9.5 inches.
