Description
A pair of decorative table lamps featuring ornate cast metal bases with a matte black finish and clear pressed glass shades. Each lamp is designed in a Neo-Classical revival style with a fluted central shaft topped by a Corinthian-style capital. The tiered pedestal bases are decorated with repeating acanthus leaf and scroll motifs. The spherical clear glass shades feature a geometric waffle or hobnail-in-square pattern, terminating in a radial sunburst design at the top as shown in image 6. The globes are seated within pierced, filigree metal galleries. No manufacturer marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the metal bases or glass components. The lamps are equipped with -style brown plastic-coated cords and standard two-prong US plugs; one cord includes an inline thumb switch. 21.5 in tall.
