The left shoulder displays a full-color embroidered US Army Special Forces unit patch consisting of a teal arrowhead charged with a yellow dagger and three yellow lightning bolts, surmounted by a yellow-on-black Airborne tab. Both sleeves are adorned with Specialist (SPC/E-4) rank insignia patches. The lower left sleeve features a single gold-colored horizontal service stripe, indicating three years of honorable service. Interior labels include a size tag marked 38 REGULAR with the corresponding NSN and a white care label with maintenance instructions and a stamped number 25. Two dry-cleaning laundry tags, one pink and one white, are stapled to the interior pocket lining.
