Description
This lot consists of two cast iron ingot molds manufactured by Lyman and Saeco. These tools were designed for use by hobbyists for casting lead ingots to be used in bullet reloading or the production of fishing sinkers. Each mold is a single-piece cast iron construction featuring four rectangular compartments and an integrated side-grip handle. The interior of the compartments on the first mold is incised with the maker name LYMAN. The interior of the compartments on the second mold is incised with the maker name SAECO. These molds are typical of mid-to-late 20th-century firearms reloading equipment. 3.5×6
