Description
A commemorative postal cover album titled Signers of the Declaration of Independence Commemorative Covers Collection, published by the Postal Commemorative Society. The collection is housed in a personalized three-ring binder bound in black padded faux leather with gold-stamped lettering and a central circular logo depicting a map of the United States. The front cover is personalized with the name STEVE VICKERY in gold block letters. The interior contains a series of printed pages, each featuring a portrait and detailed biography of a signer of the Declaration of Independence, alongside a corresponding commemorative envelope, or cover. Each cover is addressed to Mr. Steve Vickery, 322 Lafayette Road, Portsmouth, New Hampshire 03801 and features a historic U.S. postage stamp with an official U.S. postmark from a location relevant to the signer, dated to their respective birthdays in 1984.
