Description
A rustic hand-built primitive wooden bench featuring an X-frame construction. The design incorporates a single wide board for the backrest and a single board for the seat, both secured to the frame with large exposed metal bolts and nuts. The support structure consists of angled uprights joined in a cross-brace pattern, mounted onto two heavy weathered timber runners that serve as the base. The bench is constructed from a softwood, likely pine or fir, and is finished in a weathered red paint.
