Description
A hand-woven gathering basket featuring a ribbed body constructed from dark-stained splints. The structure is integrated with a prominent natural branch handle that retains portions of its original bark. The handle is secured to the rim of the basket with decorative woven god’s eye lashings at the attachment points. The basket is designed with a rounded, melon-style profile and is supported by a circular woven ring base. A small white adhesive label on the underside is marked MADE IN PHILIPPINES. 16x12x18
