Description
5×5 This is a hand painted earthenware decorative vase produced by Savage Arts West. The vessel features a globular seed jar form tapering to a narrow circular mouth with a dark finished rim. The lower body is decorated with an organic smoke fired or marbled effect in shades of tan and brown. The upper portion of the jar is finished in a matte teal green color, separated from the lower section by a hand painted black and terracotta stepped geometric border. The underside of the base features the handwritten mark in red pigment reading Ps SAVAGE ARTS WEST.
