Description
This specimen consists of a domestic ram (Ovis aries) skull presented as a European-style mount. The upper cranium features a pair of large, heavily ridged, spiraling horns that exhibit a natural color transition from dark brown and black at the base to a translucent amber tone at the recurved tips. The skull surface has been finished with an all-over graphic pattern, likely applied via a hydro-dipping process. This decorative pattern features repeating brown silhouettes of deer skulls and antlers against a stark white background. The specimen is missing the mandible, which is standard for this mount style. The upper dental row remains largely intact within the maxilla. A blank white paper tag is attached to the left horn with a plastic fastener. 19 inch spread
