Description
This collection consists of white porcelain enamelware with contrasting black and blue trim, including a chamber pot manufactured by the Lisk Manufacturing Corporation. The Lisk Flintstone pot features a circular gold-toned label with text reading Porcelain Enameled Ware, Lisk, Flintstone, and Lisk Manufacturing Corporation Canandaigua, N.Y. The collection also includes a cylindrical storage canister with blue stenciled lettering reading Cereal above a scalloped underline, complete with a handled lid. A large water pitcher is included, featuring a high-arched handle and wide pouring spout. An individual-sized teapot with a hinged lid and two mugs of varying sizes complete the set. The mugs feature colored rims, one in black and one in blue. The pieces are constructed of formed sheet metal with a fused porcelain enamel coating, typical of early 20th-century American utilitarian kitchenware. Cereal is 7×7 and Pitcher is 10 inches tall.
