Description
This large-scale framed print is a modern hand-embellished serigraph based on the poster art for the 1942 exploitation film titled Devil’s Harvest. The graphic features a vibrant green demonic figure looming over a blonde woman smoking, set against a background featuring hand-applied ochre-toned washes intended to simulate aged paper. The composition uses a high-contrast palette of black, green, white, and yellow. The print includes several textual elements transcribed as follows: A VICIOUS RACKET WITH IT’S ARMS AROUND YOUR CHILDREN ! in a speech bubble; floating labels reading SIN, DEGRADATION, VICE, INSANITY, and DEBAUCHERY; and a lower section stating THE TRUTH ABOUT . . .
