Description
10.5 10 An antique blue and white swirl enamelware coffee pot, commonly referred to as graniteware or agateware. The vessel is constructed of struck metal, likely steel or iron, coated in a vibrant cobalt blue and white marbled enamel finish. It features a classic tapered body design with a fixed side handle and a wire bail handle attached to metal ears for carrying. The item is complete with its original fitted lid featuring a central loop handle. An integrated perforated strainer is located in the interior at the junction of the body and the spout. This piece reflects typical Americana kitchenware from the late 19th to early 20th century. No permanent maker marks are present.
