Description
10.5 A carnival glass bowl produced by the Millersburg Glass Company featuring the Hanging Cherries pattern. The bowl is made from green base glass with a multi-colored iridescent finish that exhibits tones of gold, green, and copper. The interior is decorated in high relief with a central cluster of cherries and leaves, surrounded by a repeating border of cherry clusters hanging from branches. The vessel is finished with an eight-point ruffled rim and has a plain exterior. It rests on a short collar base that features a molded multi-pointed starburst motif on the underside.
