Description
Pot and Strainer 11 in diameter. A collection of three antique blue and white graniteware utility items, consisting of a footed colander, a handled chamber pot, and a lidded round dish. Each piece is constructed from formed steel finished with a multi-tonal dipped and fired porcelain enamel. The colander features a mottled splattered pattern, while the chamber pot and lidded dish exhibit a marbled swirl pattern. The colander is designed with two wire handles and a flared footed base. The chamber pot has a single looped handle, a flared rim with black edging, and a white enameled interior. The lidded dish is a circular vessel with a matching domed lid and a dark-toned turned knob of wood or composite material. Inventory stickers are present on the interiors: 761 on the colander, 207 on the chamber pot, and 337 on the lidded dish.
