Featured is a sliding desktop or trinket box by Gorham Manufacturing Company consisting of a mahogany-tone wooden interior with a central divider and a sterling silver outer sleeve. The side of the silver sleeve is stamped GORHAM STERLING 356. Also included is a pair of salt and pepper shakers by Duchin Creation with urn-form bodies, pedestal bases, and gadrooned borders; the bases are stamped STERLING DUCHIN CREATION WEIGHTED with the maker mark of a stylized hand or flame. The group contains a single tall candlestick by Saart Bros. Co. featuring a tapering stem and stepped circular base with a gadrooned rim, marked on the underside with an S in a diamond, STERLING CEMENT FILLED REINFORCED. Completing the assortment is a low-profile sterling silver candlestick with a flared stem and wide circular base, stamped STERLING REINFORCED WITH CEMENT 167.
