Description
This group of Modern Age comic books primarily features titles published by DC Comics during the 1990s, alongside select issues from Marvel Comics and Amalgam Comics. Key DC titles include Supergirl numbers 12, 13 (September 1997), and 14 (October 1997, Genesis tie-in); Detective Comics 666 and 668 (November 1993, Knightquest: The Crusade story arc); Batman 553, 554 (Cataclysm story arc), and 556 (July 1998, Aftershock story arc); The Batman Chronicles 12 and 13 (1998); Batman Plus 1 featuring Arsenal (February 1997); and Detective Comics Annual 10 (1997, Pulp Heroes theme). Marvel Comics is represented by Spider-Man 11 (June 1991) featuring the Captain America 50th Anniversary logo. The collection also includes Super Soldier 1 (April 1996) from the Amalgam Comics crossover event. All issues are English-language domestic editions and are individually stored in protective plastic sleeves with backing boards.
