Description
12 in long A Serbian-style meat cleaver produced by XYJ Knives. The knife features a high-carbon steel blade with a dark forge-scale finish on the upper portion and a polished primary bevel. The blade is marked with the maker’s logo consisting of two circular emblems, the text XYj 1986, XYJ KNIVES, and PORTABLE CHEF KNIFE SET PROFESSIONAL. The handle is constructed with a full tang and black composite scales featuring white liners, secured by three silver-toned pins. The knife is accompanied by a custom-fitted brown leather sheath with a stamped decorative border and a snap-closure retaining strap. Blade length approximately 6.5 inches.
