Description
This lot features three pieces of decorative art glass showcasing various mid-century and Victorian-inspired styles. The first item is an opaque petal-pink glass vase with a bulbous body featuring vertical optic ribbing and a wide, hand-crimped ruffled rim, in the style of Fenton Art Glass. The second item is a tall, hand-blown spatter or end-of-day glass vase. It features a twisted spiral body with a bulbous neck collar and a ruffled rim, constructed with a white glass base heavily mottled with dark burgundy and pink frit. This piece resembles the work of European makers such as Legras or Clichy. The third item is a square cased glass bowl with a deep cranberry-pink interior and a white opalescent exterior. It features a ruffled rim with four pulled corners and is set on a low pedestal foot. The base exhibits a molded optic swirl pattern and a central ground and polished pontil mark, consistent with the Fenton Cranberry Opalescent pattern. No maker marks are visible on any of the bases.
