Description
A set of four vintage Christmas ornaments produced in the style of Sister Maria Innocentia Hummel figurines. The collection consists of four distinct characters: a carol singer wearing a top hat and holding a songbook, an angel in a green robe with gold-colored wings holding a lantern and a red apple, a girl in a red polka dot coat playing a lute, and a boy in traditional Alpine lederhosen seated on a rustic fence with a small yellow dog. Each figure is manufactured from molded and hand-painted hard plastic or vinyl. Three of the figurines are embossed on the reverse with the mark ? KURT S. ADLER. All four pieces are marked MADE IN HONG KONG on either the back or the underside of the base. Each ornament includes a gold-colored metallic hanging cord.
