Description
This item is a hand-painted ceramic cookie jar produced by Everyday Gibson, featuring a three-dimensional representation of a John Deere 1924 Model D tractor. The tractor is finished in signature green and yellow glazes and is situated on a textured lid designed to resemble wheat. The rectangular base is finished in a burgundy glaze and features two decorative labels. One circular label includes the John Deere logo and the text JOHN DEERE MOLINE, ILL. THE TRADE MARK OF QUALITY MADE FAMOUS BY GOOD IMPLEMENTS MODEL D 1924-1953. The second label identifies the piece as a JOHN DEERE GENERAL PURPOSE FARM TRACTOR.
