36×24 in. Wood painted. This large vintage commercial advertising sign is constructed from a rectangular metal panel and was designed for a hair salon. The sign features a weathered blue background with a central teal circular graphic. The business name STERLING’S is rendered in yellow capital letters along the top arc, while the center displays Cut and Curl in large white script with black drop shadows. The bottom arc of the circle includes the seven-digit telephone number 939-0800 in yellow. The phrase WALK-INS WELCOME appears in white block lettering in the lower right corner. Four red circular dots serve as accents around the perimeter of the inner circle.
