9x4x3.5This item is a commemorative miniature replica of the Radio Flyer Streak-O-Lite wagon, produced for the company’s 80th anniversary. The wagon features a body of red-painted pressed steel with a black metal undercarriage and pull handle. The interior bed includes a black plastic simulated instrument panel with a movable lever. Each side of the wagon displays white graphics of a streamlined train marked Streak O Lite. The front nose features a multi-color decal depicting the Streak-O-Lite name above a shield emblem for the Giant Radio Coaster at the 1933-1934 Chicago World’s Fair, referencing the Radio Steel Mfg. Co. A brass-colored metal plaque is mounted inside the wagon bed. The inscription reads: STREAK-O-LITE / The Streak-O-Lite was introduced in the early 1930’s and reflected the streamlined look of the railcars of the period. It features a simulated instrument panel and battery powered headlights. / Limited Edition produced for Radio Flyer’s 80th Anniversary 1917-1997 / SKU# 1934 / – 7441 of 10000. The wagon is equipped with two simulated headlights at the front and wheels with rubber tires and red metal hubs.
