Description
This vintage Pyrex oval casserole dish features the Snowflake Charcoal pattern. The dish is constructed of white opal glass with a deep charcoal gray fired-on exterior finish. The exterior is decorated with a repeating series of white stylized snowflakes. The interior of the bowl is white. It includes a corresponding clear borosilicate glass lid with integrated handles. The base of the dish is embossed with the following marks: 045 2 1/2 QT. / PYREX (R) / MADE IN U.S.A. / 14. The model number 045 identifies this as the 2.5-quart oval casserole. This pattern was originally introduced by Pyrex in the mid-1950s. Capacity: 2.5 Quarts.
