Description
This pair of matching cased glass lamp shades is designed for use with student-style or hurricane lamps. Each shade features a vibrant yellow exterior layer over an opaque white milk glass interior. The exterior body is decorated with a continuous vertical rib pattern that tapers toward a smooth, flared top rim. The shades are finished with a circular fitter base. No embossed or printed manufacturer marks are visible on either piece. One shade retains a small green adhesive label on the interior rim with the handwritten notation #75. This style and coloration are characteristic of mid-20th-century glass production, often attributed to American manufacturers such as Fenton Art Glass or L.G. Wright.
