Description
This is a 1/16 scale die-cast metal toy tractor modeled after the Massey-Harris Challenger. It was manufactured by Scale Models in Dyersville, Iowa, as a Special Edition / Collector Edition in 1991. The tractor features a die-cast metal body finished in deep green with red-painted spoked metal wheels. Gold-colored script decals on the hood read Massey-Harris Challenger, and each rear fender features the M-H initials. The side of the casting near the seat is embossed with Challenger Collector Edition 1991. The model includes a vertical exhaust stack, air intake, steering wheel, and a driver seat with a rear hitch. The original illustrated cardboard box is included, featuring the Special Edition and Scale Models knight logos.
