Description
This large-scale ride-on toy truck features a streamlined Art Deco design, specifically a Cab Over Engine style modeled after 1930s Studebaker trucks. The item is constructed from pressed steel and sheet metal. The color scheme features a red-painted cab and a long, green-painted open cargo bed. A contoured black-painted metal seat is mounted on the forward section of the cargo bed. Steering is operated via a T-shaped wooden handle attached to a metal rod that connects to the front axle. The front of the truck is fitted with a stylized silver-painted grille and bumper assembly. The rear of the cargo bed includes a red-painted metal tailgate. This specific design is highly characteristic of the ride-on "scoot-along" toys produced by Louis Marx and Company. No manufacturer marks or brand names are visible on the vehicle.
