Description
This lot consists of three miniature toy tool sets from the Pocketools Collector’s Series manufactured by Louis Marx and Company, Inc. The items are constructed of chrome-plated die-cast metal with plastic accents and remain sealed in their original clear plastic blister packaging on illustrated cardboard backings. The group includes a hack saw with a brown plastic handle, a bit brace with a single drill bit and brown plastic grips, and a set of four graduated box end wrenches. The wrenches are marked with sizes 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, and 11/16. Each tool features the embossed manufacturer name MARX. The cards include the circular Marx Toys logo and detailed blue technical illustrations of various tools from the series. The manufacturer’s information, Louis Marx and Co Inc 200 Fifth Ave New York 10 N Y, is printed at the bottom of the blue graphic area on each card.
