This collection consists of thirty-eight vintage blown glass ball Christmas ornaments manufactured by Silvestri and Christmas by Krebs. The lot includes eighteen Silvestri ornaments featuring a metallic rose gold and peach finish with gold-tone metal caps. These ornaments are contained within three original retail boxes marked Silvestri Corporation, Chicago, IL, with several designated as part of The Wonder of Christmas series. The collection also includes twenty ornaments from the Christmas by Krebs Designer Glass with Crowns series, all characterized by decorative gold-tone filigree crown-style caps. Eight of these ornaments have an iridescent porcelain white finish with a visible marbleized crackle effect under the surface. Twelve ornaments feature a satin gold finish. The items are housed in their original retail packaging, which includes vintage price stickers from the Hummel Gift Shop and Michaels. All items are constructed from blown glass with metal caps and were produced for the United States market.
