Description
This lot features two precision model car replicas produced by The Danbury Mint in approximately 1:24 scale. The collection consists of a 1927 Stutz Black Hawk Speedster and a 1935 Duesenberg SSJ Boat-Tail Speedster. The Stutz Black Hawk is finished in gloss black with a red interior and features red wire-spoke wheels with whitewall tires, a side-mounted spare tire, and chrome-plated bumpers and radiator grille. This vehicle is accompanied by its original Certificate of Title to a Motor Vehicle Replica from The Danbury Mint, which identifies the model and year. The 1935 Duesenberg SSJ is finished in a two-tone gray and red body with a tan and red interior. It features prominent chrome-plated external exhaust pipes on the passenger side, a rear-mounted spare tire, a split windshield, and red wire-spoke wheels with whitewall tires. Both models are constructed from die-cast metal with plastic, rubber, and chrome-plated components. No original packaging is present.
