Lot 399:
Description
This lot comprises two highly detailed collector-grade precision die-cast model cars, attributed to Danbury Mint based on the included original packaging and model design characteristics. The first model is a 1948 Chrysler Town & Country convertible finished in dark maroon with detailed simulated wood-grain side and rear panels. It features chrome-finished bumpers, grille, and trim, along with white-wall tires and hubcaps embossed with the Chrysler script. The interior is finished in dark purple. This item includes its original white cardboard protective shipping box with printed model identification. The second model is a 1930s Ford Model A roadster featuring a two-tone tan body with black fenders and running boards. It is equipped with yellow-painted wire wheels, a side-mounted spare tire, and an open rumble seat with brown upholstery. The hubcaps feature the blue Ford oval logo. A separate black and silver tool accessory is included with the Ford model. Both vehicles are constructed from die-cast metal with plastic and chrome-finished components.
