Description
This hand-hooked area rug features the Colonial Star pattern, produced by Confetti Industries, Inc. and distributed by Arch Associates, Inc. The design is centered on a multi-pointed geometric star motif in pink, green, and cream tones. The star is surrounded by floral bouquets of roses and smaller blossoms in shades of pink, lavender, and white, set against a sage green field. A pink and cream lattice-patterned border frames the composition, finished with a final sage green outer edge. The rug is constructed from 100% 6-ply wool pile on a canvas foundation with a latex-coated backing. The original manufacturer label is attached to the reverse and confirms the item was made in China. 2.5 feet x 4 feet.
