Description
This spittoon is a vintage transportation collectible featuring Union Pacific Railroad branding. The vessel is constructed from brass and follows a traditional cuspidor form with a wide, flared funnel top and a bulbous, weighted base. The front of the base is decorated with a raised embossed relief depicting a nineteenth-century steam locomotive. Directly below the locomotive is the inscribed text UNION PACIFIC R.R. This item exhibits the characteristic two-piece assembly typical of mid-to-late twentieth-century railroadiana reproductions and promotional collectibles.
